While we attempt to link all clients with a skilled staff member the specific needs of any given member of our organization may differ somewhat from those advertised. Clinic Scope Disclosure: The facility employs different licensing and acreditation statuses. As of the time of this posting HKD Outreach is attempting to obtain clinic licensing from B.S.A.S. and has programing consistent with this area of clinical activity. Our organizations retain C.L.I.A. licensing, also called "Clia Waived" stature. In situations in which the clinic service identified is covered by the private practice professional licensing of the facility agents, such licensing status is utilized. In areas in which toxicology or other sanctioned testing is utilized the respective C.L.I.A. licensing described is utilized. The organization retains staff who themselves retain federal Drug Enforcement Agency, also called D.E.A., licenses as well as Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (M.C.S.R.) and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (C.C.S.R.) licenses. Of note, the organization offers no services which would be outside of the scopes of the respective references licenses. Additionally, the organization neither identifies itself as, nor provides services consistent with, a opioid treatment program, or O.T.P., and therefore neither stores nor dispenses methadone or other agents applicable to said licensing. As our organization grows and expands additional licensing opportunities continue to be carefully examined, either through direct entity application, hiring of staff licensed professionally, or through partnering with entities already licensed in additional areas of service of interest to HKD and its affiliates.
