HKD outreach offers a diversity of behavioral health and addiction services. These include medication management, psychotherapy, genetic testing, drug testing and documentation for legal, academic or other reasons. For a complete listing call our main office.
Who is eligible for your services?
Our organization offers it services to a diverse patient population. In addition to telemedicine services, we opperate a wheelchair accessible main office and offer services aided by the assistance of foriegn language interpreters. We also accept most insurances.
Do you accept health insurance?
Most major health insurances are accepted. We currently accept many commercial insurances, MassHealth medicaid, managed masshealth insurances and medicare. For an up-to-date listing of our insurances feel free to call our office.
Where are services offered?
We offer telemedicine and in person services. Our telemedicine system is secure and accessible on a smart phone or other device. In person services are offered at our Mattapan Office, on 1192 Blue Hill Avenue.
Do you offer addiction treatment?
We offer various treatments for individuals experiencing addiction, including medications, such as Suboxone or Vivitrol, and counseling. Ambulatory detox services are also offered. Drug testing is provided on premises for eligible candidates.
What makes your organization special or unique?
There are several features of our program which make us unique. Our organization has taken extensive efforts to eliminate barriers to care. We accept the overwhelming majority of insurances, including MassHealth products, offer services in different languages, provide access to in person care in a whealchair accessible premises, and offer a myriad of behavioral health and addiction services. HKD has sponsored original research and offers internships to qualified students as part of our community mission. Our founders have also been advocates of mental health and addiction treatment, educators and clinicians long dedicated to this area of medicine.
Do you offer services in other languages?
Yes. Our organization employs certified medical interpreters for its customers, offering more than one hundred different languages and doing so with both confidentiality and accuracy. Additionally, many of the organizaitons’ staff are bilingual or multilingual. Psychotherapy services will soon be available with a staff member who is fluent in the Spanish language and another in cape verde creole. Our medical directors, and cofounders, are proficient in spanish and vietnamese respectively.
